With the last few days of the holiday wrapping up working on this has become even more sporadic than before, only doing a hour or two each day so less work per day compared to before.
Regardless 16 hours in and the modelling portion of this model, including the texture based shapes and final portion tweaks, is done. The next stage is for me to fully unwrap the UV for texturing and then it will be ready to be rigged.

Update: Texture Mapping
Finishing off the day by doing the unwrapping for the main model. The shape textures, that require alpha channels, are going to be a different texture set for simplicity so will be done separately than the rest of the body, shown here. The resolution here is 1024 x1024, to my knowledge the max import size for Unity3D, I did a few quick brush textures on it to see how it held up at that resolution.
The actual texture resolution I will painting on will be 4096×4096 and then toned down for the Unity3D engine when finished.
